I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms had great views and were equipped with a microwave and fridge, making my stay very convenient. The service was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping, a lovely welcome drink, and helpful tours/ticket assistance. The location was superb, just as close to Progressive Field as promised, across from the botanical gardens, with easy access to the Museum of Art, all in a beautiful neighborhood. The dining experience was inclusive and offered delicious grilled dishes. The facilities were fantastic, meeting all my needs during my stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location! The hotel sits right across the street from the botanical gardens and is so close to all the museums. I was thrilled to find out it's as close to Progressive Field as I was told online. However, the proximity to the Museum of Art was a real highlight. The rooms offer stunning views, complete with a microwave and fridge, but a minor downside was the higher price tag. The service was top-notch, with fantastic housekeeping, a lovely welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and a delightful happy hour.
